Instead of creating their usual yearly roadshow, Twitter decided to build an experience for their clients which celebrated the uniqueness of the platform and demonstrated the creativity and passions at the heart of their world. I worked with the team at Strong & Co to curate a series of installations that showcased cutting edge artists who use Twitter, Periscope and Vine within their practice; from mind controlled beer pouring robots, to 360° interactive globes showcasing live twitter activity, to cuddly robot monsters who live off hugs and tweets, we had it all. A Playground for New Ideas staged in an old firestation, Police Station and Magistrates Courts in Bristol City Centre. We had 53 projects on show within 24 specially designed immersive environments. Over 6,000 people attended over the three days this pop up experience was open to the city. Read More...
